Jasmine Burroughs, MS, RD, LDN is the founder and owner of Food That Fits You. Jasmine started Food That Fits You as a way to help clients transform the way they view a ‘healthy diet’. She has over eight years of experience working with patients to manage weight and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. She also teaches a monthly community cooking class for adults who are interested in preparing healthy and satisfying plant-based meals while on a budget.
