How we work
My approach is patient-centered and culturally inclusive. I work collaboratively with patients to develop nutrition plans that consider their food preferences, cultural background, family responsibilities, access to food, schedule, and personal health goals.
We focus on improving dietary habits that support healthier labs and clinical outcomes, as well as developing realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies for long-term health.

Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare. The number of sessions and coverage for virtual sessions depend on the patient’s plan.
What are the referral requirements?
Referral requirements depend on the plan. Sending a referral form covers the requirements for most plans. Be sure to include the relevant ICD-10 diagnosis on the referral form.
How soon can patients be seen?
Patients can be seen within 2 weeks.
